Thank everyone for your patient we are pleased to inform you that this issue is up and running again and all team members that lost access well our Department have enabled access so you now have access again to the server 


Our Department have rebooted this issues meaning restarting it to make it work no data was lost during to the process and since they been working on this issues about 5 day and around 5:19 AM this morning they finally fixed the issue
