On October 22’2022 our monitoring system has reported an system failure and have blocked our maintenance about 3 hours so they shouldn’t do their job so after 3 hours they finally got access and it been updated to investigate so it being look in to and to allow more time our Department have announced that all offices will be closed on Monday & Tuesday

This system failure have took down our system our server even most of our live chat and customers support is temporarily down due to this incident thank for your patience and for your understanding
