We recently suffered an unauthorized third party illegally access to our maintenance system that we wasn’t aware tell 06:40 in the morning on September 20’2022 when the maintenance was unfortunately scheduled and updating the system branch and blocking our maintenance from doing their job
While we look in to this we had got a notice that maintenance care was adding to our system branch without any information that was given about to us
And we want to inform that we did contact our maintenance head department to speak with them and we got noticed today that the maintenance care that was added to our system branch has been confirmed and there was supposed to be a notice that went out to us to inform us about that but unfortunately the alert didn’t go through due to a system error that was detected And also all scheduled go through our maintenance headquarters department to be confirmed or denied by our head department tech support team.
